My landlord had passed away, and his son was the executor of his estate.  His son notified me that I had to move.  The house I was living in was willed to one of his brothers and he wanted to move in.  I was told to take my time, I was not being thrown out, but his brother wanted to be in by the holidays.  I was informed of this in the middle of September.  I panicked, what am I going to do.  The next day, I was driving and came across a for rent sign, so I called the number and spoke to Gina.  Gina informed me that the house was already rented.  She offered to help me find something else.  She emailed me all the properties that she could find.  She did this every few days.  Anything I came across I would call her to find out about it.  I felt like I was driving her crazy.  All the phone calls, but she kept telling me its okay, your not making me crazy, this is what I do.  Eventually, we found the house I am in now.  I really liked it, but my husband needed some convincing.  He now loves this house.  I would recommend Gina and Mary to anyone  who is looking for a house.  They really took the time to answer questions, show us houses and find properties for us to look at.  I am very gratful.
